Chia Pudding with Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients for 4 servings: 

  • 2 cups milk (you can use coconut milk or dairy-free options)
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1  teaspoon vanilla extract, vanilla powder or cinnamon (optional)
  • 5 strawberries


1. Add the chia seeds, milk and vanilla to a bowl or container and stir together.

2. Let sit the mix for 10 minutes, then stir again once the seeds have a gel consistency.

3. If you prefer it thicker, cover the bowl or container and let it stay overnight in the refrigerator

4. Serve the chia pudding in jars and use the strawberries as topping
