purchasing unsweetened, additive-free cashew butter, which not only adds
flavor but also boosts your omega-3 intake.

Now, let's turn your RE:DO bars into charming little ghosts. Decorate them with raisins or small chocolate pieces for eyes. Voilà!

You have your spooky little treats and are all set for some trick-or-treating.

And if you're up for the challenge of making your own cashew butter,
here's a recipe that requires just two ingredients.



  • 3 cups of raw unsalted cashews (any nuts are possible)
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oils
  • A pinch of salt (optional)



1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Spread the cashews in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

3. Bake until golden and nicely toasted, about 15-20 minutes.

4. Remove the cashew from the oven and allow them to cool
completely, around 30 minutes.

5. In a food processor, mix and purée the cashews with the olive oil
until smooth.

6. Season with salt.

7. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for at least 3 weeks.
