Healthy & Hormone Balancing Smoothie Recipe

The fiber in the spinach and the omega-3 in the chia seeds will help support the balance of your hormones.

Ingredients for 2 glasses. 

  • 2 ½  dl spinach 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 ½ dl plant-based milk alternatives 
  • ½ dl  plant-based yogurt 
  • 6 ice cubes 
  • ½ orange juice (chose no added sugar)
  • ½ dl almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • coconut flakes (optional)



1. Mix everything in the blender until it is smooth.

2. Pour into two glasses.

3. Enjoy.
