Healthy Spinach Pancakes Recipe

These green-hued pancakes are a delightful twist on the classic breakfast favorite. Packed with fiber, beta-glucans, and proteins from ingredients such as spinach, oats, and eggs, they offer a hearty start to your day while sneaking in some extra greens.

  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 ½ dl oats
  • 1 pint spinach 
  • 1 ½ baking powder 
  • 1 banana  (for the topping)
  • 1 dl raspberry, blueberry or any other berries you fancy (for the topping)



1. Pour everything in the mixer.

2. Mix everything until it has a pasty consistency.

3. Add some plant-based or water if you find it too thick.

4. Add a little bit of butter to the pan and start making your pancakes.

5. Enjoy!
